Drug bust leaves Moss at altar

Kate Moss WHEN Kate Moss took her family and friends to an exclusive villa in Bali last week, they were told to expect a very special celebration. The supermodel flew her brother Nick and friends to the upmarket resort of Bukit, where she was yesterday due to "marry" her drug addict lover Pete Doherty.
Moss, 32, had planned a Balinese-style ceremony and had told friends that it was to be the intimate "spiritual ceremony" she and the Babyshambles singer had always dreamed of having.

Kate Moss But last night the wedding was off after 27-year-old Doherty, a self-confessed drug addict, failed to show up for the nuptials after he was ordered into a rehabilitation clinic in Britain following his arrest for possessing class A drugs.
The singer was bailed by a judge on Friday on the condition that he immediately checked into The Priory clinic.
Moss was said to be "in tatters" and speaking to lawyers in the vain hope of finding a legal loophole so Doherty can go to Bali this week.

Model Caprice Faces Drink-Drive Ban

Supermodel Caprice faces a drink-driving ban despite a lengthy court battle to try and get her off the hook.
The 34-year-old blonde failed a breath test when stopped by police while behind the wheel of her black convertible Mercedes in the early hours just before Christmas last year on Tottenham Court Road in central London.
She had already pleaded guilty to a drink-driving charge at an earlier hearing at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court in north London.

The model - charged under her real name of Caprice Bourret - said that she had drank a bottle-and-a-half of red wine at lunch and several glasses at an evening party in the hours before she was arrested.

The court heard that the blonde Californian-born London-based model had been taking prescription antibiotic Cipro to combat a urinary infection, but it had affected her ability to eliminate alcohol as quickly as normal.A breath test revealed that she was nearly 50 per cent over the legal drink-drive limit as she had 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millimetres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.

The swimsuit model, with her hair tied back, wore a camel coloured jacket today as she sat staring at the floor throughout her latest appearance, in which the court heard rebuttal evidence.

In a statement read from an expert for the defence, Dr David Eccles, the court was told that the model's urinary infection - cystitis - was commonly caused by having sex.

He said: "To deal with recurrence of a urinary infection she has had to undergo an operation to stretch her urethra, which failed.

Jessica Biel's new illusion

Jessica Biel Walking into Jessica Biel's hotel suite, you immediately notice the bits of tire, which lead you around the corner to a floor full of chewy toys, which lead you around the other corner to the owner of all these objects — Biel's 7-month-old American Staffordshire terrier-lab mix, Tina — and to Ms. Biel herself, who is trying her best to keep Tina from chewing the edges off the suite's French doors.
"Teeeeee-na! No! Nooooooooo!" Biel commands in deep voice. And Tina listens — for the moment.

Jessica Biel These are the dog days of summer. Biel, 24, has a new movie to promote — a period romantic drama called "The Illusionist," opening today — but, otherwise, she has some time on her hands, having just finished up a couple of movies — "Next" and "Home of the Brave," and no longer being part of the grind of "7th Heaven," which she was on for six years.
